Well maintained, healthy landscapes provide a wealth of benefits to residents and property owners. They increase property values and add curb appeal when selling a house. They provide a place for residents to recreate, reduce stress, recharge and reconnect with nature on their property. The first step in controlling any plant, pest or weed problem is the accurate diagnosis and identification of the pest, weed or stressor. Without proper diagnosis of the problem’s cause, a treatment cannot be prescribed, or a treatment will not be effective, leading to the plants decline or death.
