Pest Walk for Green Industry Professionals

Join Penn State Entomologist Greg Hoover and Temple University Plant Pathology Professor Allison Brown for a Pest and Disease Walk around the Henry Schmeider Arboretum of Delaware Valley University in Doylestown, PA. Field identification and life cycles will be discussed as well as prevention and controls. This walk qualifies for 2 PCH CEUs.

Now that spring has finally sprung insects and diseases are on the way. Join Penn State Entomologist Greg Hoover and Temple University Plant Pathology Professor Allison Brown for a Pest and Disease Walk around the Henry Schmeider Arboretum of Delaware Valley University in Doylestown, PA. Field identification and life cycles will be discussed as well as prevention and controls. This free program will provide 4 Pesticide Applicator Credits in Categories 6, 18 and 23. This is a hands-on, interactive program. Dress for the weather, thunderstorms will bring the program indoors, bring a hand-lens if you have one and lots of questions for our experts.
