Right of Way Weed Management will cover application techniques, invasive plant identification and management in right of ways and other areas covered by Category 10.

Weed management on roadsides, railways, industrial complexes and other non-crop areas is essential to public safety. This meeting will feature presentations on weed control and weed identification in right of ways and industrial areas. Application equipment, application techniques, weed identification and herbicide selection will be addressed. Green Industry professionals, responsible for weed management on roadsides, railways, industrial complexes and other non-crop areas, will learn to utilize the most current weed management techniques while complying with Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture pesticide-application licensing requirements.
