Registration Information
Online registration is closed.

Join your fellow members at this exciting opportunity to visit and tour Hershey Gardens and the new Milton & Catherine Hershey Conservatory and Butterfly Atrium.  PLNA has been granted exclusive access to the grounds that evening with guided tours including the Butterfly Atrium.

We are very proud to state that the committee who's task was to design the landscape, acquire plants and install the landscaping beauty that surround this new facility overlooking Hershey was comprised of PLNA Members.  And two of those members, Ed Copenhaver, Stony Bridge Landscaping, and John Otterson, PA Landscape Group, have graciously worked with the Hershey Gardens, also a PLNA Member, to put this event together.

In addition to the volunteerism of our members on the landscape committee, the majority of the plants were donated by PLNA members.  This is a true testament to what PLNA, as a community, can provide to the public.

The MeetUp will begin at 4:30 pm and end at 7:00 pm. Plan to arrive early to ensure you can explore the entire grounds.  The registration fee includes a picnic of hamburgers and hot dogs along with chips, salads, fruit and cookies.

Come and show your pride in the PLNA community effort and find out how you can get more involved with your fellow members in projects such as these.  Registration will remain open until September 9.  The MeetUp will be held rain or shine as we will be hosted in the facility's Educational & Horticultural Wing.
