We all know how to choose and combine plants based on exposure, soil type, flower color, blooming season, etc. But do we consider the water-use requirements of plants from the beginning? Can we rest assured that the gardens we design are using water in the most efficient way? Can we know that the plants in our landscapes are getting the amount of water they need… no more, and no less? Can we conceive of designing our landscapes in such a way that they are not dependent on irrigation, once established?

Join Lori Palmquist for this webinar as she shares concepts, practices and strategies for the long-term success of the landscapes you design. Lori can help you get a handle on this challenging element of landscaping. Creating beautiful and comforting environments is what landscape designers do best. Designing with water in mind ensures that these environments will be thriving biological systems, as well.

This webinar is eligible for 1 PCH CEU
