 Visit 4 sites that illustrate the Eight Essential Elements of Conservation Landscaping which include environmentally sensitive design, conservation of water, use of native plants to create wildlife habitat

  • Public building landscaped with native plants and 2 rain gardens
  • Private property with restored woodland and stream
  • Suburban home that utilizes a rain garden and native
  • meadow plants to manage storm water
  • A development detention basin transformed for wildlife habitat

Each site features a special speaker with technical expertise.
