Our instructor, Richard Koogle has long been one of the leaders in the backyard water gardening industry. His company, Lilypons Water Gardens, Frederick, MD is one of the oldest companies in the water gardening business. Richard is recognized nationally as an expert in water gardening design, installation and maintenance.
