Sponsored by Henry Dunn Inc. and Greenius, this Snow & Ice Symposium will present topics pertaining to the snow removal industry.  Snow vendors will also be on hand with information on new products for your snow removal business.



John Allin; John is North America's top snow industry consultant, an innovator of snow management strategies, the industry's leading snow management expert, and an expert witness for slip and fall lawsuits, among other titles.  Mr. Allin's book, Managing Snow and Ice, 1st and 2nd Editions - is considered the bible for snowplowing contractors in North America who desire to grow and better operate their snow contracting business. A CD of forms is also available to the industry. Mr. Allin patented a commercial snow melting machine (the Snow Dragon), and shares another patent for specialized deicing equipment.

Attorney Joshua Ferguson; Mr. Ferguson serves as general counsel for a wide variety of businesses, including those in the construction, property management, snow and ice management, and landscaping industries. Mr. Ferguson regularly advises clients on pending legislation at the Federal and State levels. He has drafted legislation on behalf of various industries, and has testified in Washington, D.C. and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania before House Committees. Mr. Ferguson is the lead attorney and endorsed by the ASCA ( Accredited Snow Contractors Association).

Officer Michael Dalbey: of Fleet Safety Consultants, conducts defensive driving courses, and will educate you on Federal DOT audits and compliance. Mr. Dalbey has partnered with Henry Dunn Inc over the past 14 years and has worked with many snow/landscape professionals on DOT audits and compliance.

Attorney Brent Bean is a Partner in the Atlanta office of Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP. Brent's practice is primarily devoted to representing companies in lawsuits brought against them by employees. He litigates a variety of employment discrimination cases, as well as class action and collective wage and hour claims. He also provides advice and counsel to management regarding employment law issues.
