Spotted Lanternfly is a big deal and PLNA Member Anewalt's Landscape Contracting of Bernville, Berks County, is helping spread the word. Anewalt's along with Clover Hill Winery sponsored a t-shirt giveaway at the Reading Fightin Phils Agricultural Appreciation Night on June 26. Spotted Lanternfly is a pest that is hampering residents from enjoying their outdoor living spaces and causing damage to many different species of ornamental and fruit trees and vines.

Please help spread the word on how to help control the spread of this nasty pest. The impact to the green industry is immeasurable between the potential impact to plants, trees and shrubs and the possibility of homeowners choosing not to create/improve their outdoor living spaces.

Visit the PDA website for continuing updates on the spread of this invasive pest.
