CBF Issues New RFP for 10 Million Trees Program

PLNA has been working with a partnership of national, regional, state, and local agencies, conservation organizations, outdoors enthusiasts, businesses, and citizens who launched a project to plant 10 million trees in Pennsylvania by 2025 - the Ten Million Trees project. 
The project is being led by the Chesapeake Bay Foundation (CBF), but involves the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture(PDA) and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). 
This is the second of what we expect to be other Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for trees of many native species and sizes over the next several years.
Please note that this RFP is on a very tight timeline! A pre-bid Q and A opportunity for potential bidders is being held at the CBF warehouse, 112 Newport Rd. Duncannon, PA on January 3.
