2018-19 PLNA Foundation Scholarship Recipients

The Foundation awarded six $5000 scholarships this school year; 3 to Penn College of Technology students, 2 to Penn State University students and one to a Delaware Valley University student. The students were required to write a professional resume and essay regarding their career aspirations. Each applicant impressed the PLNA Foundation Trustees with their passion for the industry.

New this year, the Foundation Trustees elected to present the scholarships during a surprise visit to campus.  Trustees Dan Eichenlaub and Ted Ventre visited Penn College and Bill H. Wells and Ed Copenhaver visited Delaware University.  Scheduling conflicts prohibited the Trustees from a surprise presentation at Penn State, so a visit is being planned for a Hort Club meeting early in 2019.

Congratulations to the 2018-19 PLNA Foundation Scholarship Recipients!
