COVID-19 SURVEY (NEW)
PLNA is interested in knowing what impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had on your business from business closures, reduced economic activity and mitigation efforts.
PLNA will use this information in advocating for our member companies with local, state and federal policy-makers.
We estimate that it will take between five and ten minutes to complete the survey. This survey will remain open until 5:00 pm Friday May 22, 2020.

PCH and SLC Applicants - All current PCH and SLC approved candidates will be granted an extension on their exam deadline date. An additional 3 months will be added to the date - each person with an open application will be notified via email.
